Pleasantly surprised by the ambiance once out of the waiting area and the calmness that was prevalent. Bailey was accommodating and quite professional although I often had to ask her to speak up. My one quibble is the height of the table. I am short and almost couldn't get up on it. Everything felt clean, smooth and fresh.
