Hilary was very sweet and had an open lovely presence that set the tone before i even got to the massage room!

The receptionist was amazingly calm, patient and professional despite the busy nature of having her colleague out sick, new clients being oriented to the facility, having to deal with a phone appointment schedule while assisting those of us checking in. My massage practitioner was running late, but did a great job with just the right kind of pressure and gave me my favorite massage at hand and stone thus far.

I enjoy my time spent at Hand and Stone Spa. Staff is very friendly. The spa is very clean and always smells nice. I am always asked if everything was and is satisfactory...I am treated to a refreshing drink before and after my services...I love my facial treatments!

John consistently helps alleviate various issues I have with my back, neck and shoulders. This last massage was no exception. He is the most skilled massage therapist I've had of the many I have experienced over the years. Amanda is friendly, professional and customer service oriented. I appreciate that she calls me by name when I walk in the door!

Receptionist are all very friendly and it made me feel at home. The facility is very clean, organized and nice ambiance. My massage therapist, JOHN is knowledgeable, knows what kind of massage your body needs and very respectful!

Lovely friendly reception. Considerate massage and open to requests for specific areas of body needing work.

My esthetician, Michelle, is very professional and knowledgeable. She explains the procedures and the products. She gives an excellent facial.

My wife and I have been coming to Hand & Stone now for the last couple of years, and have a monthly membership. She loves Randelle (sp?), and I love the sessions I have with John Camaren. In the 10 or more years since I've been getting massages (used to not like them), he's in the Top 3, certainly the best one available to me, right now. When he left the spa for a bit, I considered leaving Hand & Stone. So glad he returned.
