The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My therapist is knowledgeable and uses good pressure for my needs. The membership saves me money.

Staff is professional and personable. I have been working with Kyrie on my skin and have seen improvement. Spa is clean and appointment times are adhered to.

Emily is very good at massage and asks along the way if the pressure is correct for my needs. She also repeats the areas I requested. This is great so I know she is listening to my needs and conscious of the areas, more than one.

The minute I walked inside of The Hand & Stone Reception Area I was welcomed for visiting their location. The ambience is very relaxing. Overall the Massage Therapist was very friendly and used her expertise to thoroughly pinpoint and loosen all the tightness in certain areas of my body.
