My experience at Hand & Stone is always pleasant from start to finish. Friendly check-in, offered a water. Austin is a great massage therapist! He seems to have a great working knowledge of body mechanics and what helps the common pains from day to day wear. I have noticed significant improvements and lack of back pain since getting regular therapeutic massage.

My therapist Austin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my trouble spots and recommend a particular method and area to focus on. Both of the receptionists went above and beyond to help sign me up for a membership and answer any questions I had.

Went in with knots in my shoulders and neck. The majority of the pain was alleviated by the time my appointment was over. Therapist did a great job!

I’m extremely satisfied with Amanda’s knowledge concerning facial care...And I hadn’t had a massage in a while because I wasn’t satisfied with any of the other individuals except Christine and it’s very differcult to get in with him...But I finally made an appointment with Amanda for a massage..She was fantastic!! Loved both of the Amanda’s they both rock!

I've been receiving massages with Christian at the Atlantic/Hodges location for a long period of time. Every session is awesome, he is truly gifted, knowledgable, friendly and always resolves any body issues I have all the while making it relaxing.

The system seems to crash or freeze every time I'm there. This time it totally crashed, and I just had to tell her my tip amount and have her call me back to book my appointment. Also, I got a new card, and every time I go, only the old one is on file. I give my new card number every time, but the system never saves it.

My technician was knowledgeable and accommodating. She was nice and understanding when adjustments were needed due to my pregnancy.

Aside from being ignored upon arrival, my esthetician was attentive and friendly, made good recommendations and seemed familiar with my skin problems.
