This last visit was fine. But I have had a negative experience with billing and front desk making promises to call me back and never did several times in the past.

I was satisfied considering the cost. Could only expect more at a higher price.

IF THE PRICE GOES UP AGAIN, I WON'T RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP.

I asked for my skin to be cleaned of blackheads which she did not address. Not enough steaming done to help with extraction.

Every time I come in, the massage is inconsistent. I want a massage for relaxation and muscle tension. I get something different every time. The previous time, I felt like I got an oil rubdown, not a massage. I paid extra for a salt scrub on my feet and literally got the TOPS of my feet rubbed with salty oil. The last time I was there, I got a bunch of stretching techniques applied. And now I get a notice in the middle of my current contract of a price increase. How can you increase the price in the middle of someone's contract??

There has beeen a pretty steep price hike in the membership. I think it was 50$ when I first joined and now it is 70$. So it's already almost 100$ including tip for the massage. I'm about to find a travelling masseuse for 100$ that can just come to my home. Also last year I booked a facial with a montly package, but was then charged for it stating "I didn't have any more packages availalbe", in that case I wouldn't have booked one.

I was very pleased with my appointment, only wish it was longer.

The receptionist was extremely pushy after I declined signing up for a membership four times.

I was satisified with my visit, I just don't see myself going back in the next 90 days to due finances. I received a gift card for Christmas so that is why I made the appointment.

I missed Holly and if she was gone for several weeks then a phone call earlier than one day ahead would have been appreciated. I received a sports massage from Shea. It may be helpful with my problematic hip but I missed the manipulation that comes with what I usually receive (firm touch with lots of muscle manipulation to break up knots). I will give it another try because it was so different.
