The cleanliness of the facility is wonderful. The masseuse and aesthetician are great. The people working at the front desk need better customerservice skills as well as answering questions on specials of the month without frustration.

I thoroughly enjoyed both services I received. However, usually after a massage you receive kind of a debrief of what to expect and what you may be feeling later on after. I did not received that and was just scooted along to my next service. It felt very rushed.

I would have liked to be told what products were being put on my skin and why. Also no comments were made or recommendations about skin care.

Just fine, not as thorough as facial at other places.

Would like calming music played during massage. Relaxing aroma in rooms.

Always happy with my therapist.

I didn't like that my 14 yr old was required to fill out a separate form and sign. Also, I didn't like that I my card had to be charged separately for mine and my daughter's services. In both scenarios, this is my first experience with this format.
