I am use to paying an independent person less money for more time. I would like to buy 75-90 minutes which is available at some HaS locations but not this one. I am not really dissatisfied, just used to something different.

We stood there for approximately 10 minutes without acknowledgment when entering the building. For example: welcome in; we'll be with you in a moment; thank you for waiting we will, etc. Customer service is essential to me.

The message therapist had cold hands when she started, never asked how the pressure was and instead of taking her time with an area it felt like she was just trying to get through the process. Will not be going to her again.

The appointment was not long enough!

I ahvent been able to setup an online account to see my reward points Says it is sending verification code and never does! Tried several times. UGH!

They do not work on the glutes long enough.

I had 2 services, a massage and a facial. The massage was amazing and the facial was average. The aesthetician was chewing gum and wasn’t as gentle as I’d have liked because my primary intention was relaxation.

I had a mild eczema breakout after my treatment. I told my esthetician about my eczema but I feel the treatment she chose irritated it. I have not had irritations after previous facials - this was the first time doing this specific treatment.

The booking system is cumbersome. The reception area could use a refresh. Excited about the new med-spa services coming. The hard sell of products during service is off-putting by times. Value is overall good.

Receptionist is always on the phone when I’m trying to check and a check out. Which I understand it is her job to answer the phone, but I have to stay in there waiting for a while. I don’t understand how to schedule appointments unless I schedule before I leave.
