I scheduled an appointment for me and two other friends for the same time. One of my friends was running late and the two of us that were at your facility said we wanted to wait for our 3rd friend. We were not informed that time would be taken off our massage appointment time, so we felt that we were ripped off of our massage time, even though we were there 10 minutes prior to our appointment time. Had we been informed that tardiness would be deducted from our massage time, perhaps our 3rd friend would have been early as well.

The time is always running behind then getting cut short at the end. And I’m always getting a lot of new therapist that are not experienced with deep tissue

I loved my esthetician and the service offered, but I was given wrong information, offered a free upgrade to compensate and then charged anyway. I was also double charged for my monthly membership and the issue was not resolved.

The assistant manager was in the back room of the reception area yelling about something/someone. It was very unprofessional. She also checked me out and was not very warm, very curt with her responses.

I feel the space needs a facelift. The wall colors are dated, Carpet is dirty in areas. The lobby floor needs a deep cleaning, the tile is textured and the crevasses are soled. Other wise the staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable.

My daughter had a bad experience at this location. I spoke with receptionist and they were going to have the manager call me I didn’t hear from anyone after 2 consecutive months of asking for a call. I will not buy gift certificates & can not recommend to friends.

The therapist I had at my last appointment seemed uneasy and nervous. It did not put me at ease.

When checking in I did not feel welcome. When checking out, different person, I felt pressured to purchase the monthly plan. I told her I wasn't interested and in a condescending way she asked why. When I tell someone I'm not interested I expect them to not try to pressure me.

The therapist on July 4 was not experienced & was not on par compared to other therapists. Problem with her not reading or asking abt possible allergies etc. She took to start, didn’t ask questions etc. She was kind but not competent enough. They kept my payment even tho I offered to tip her. If you want more information feel free to contact me. Thank you
