They tried to charge me full price when I had a gift card for a massage. I purchased the gift card during the Christmas in July event. What is the point of buying a $69 card “for the value of $109” if you then try to charge me the rest when it’s presented?

Waited for my facial to start and the therapist did not know I had a massage and facial back to back. It took a long time to check out.

I received a text message saying you were offering a $69 facial I came in with a gift card and was told that that gift card was not used even though I knew it was on the website. I brought the gift card back with me. They were able to use the gift card which was great. However when I went to check out they told me that it would be $159. I did get the $40 upgrade while I was in the room thinking that with the 69 and the 49 there might be some money that I owed afterwards but it wouldn't be a whole lot. The manager on duty however went out of her way to try and figure out how to get me signed up again to be a member since I used to be a member before offering me discounts offering me $20 off but when she told me the price and that I owed $59 and I said I don't understand I thought it was a $69 facial I received a text saying come in for a $69 facial. She explained to me that she doesn't know whether or not people are members or not members when she sends out texts it just goes out to anybody who's in the system. So that should have been explained to me before I ever went back that my facial would have been $119 right off the bat.

Expected more. Higher level of cleanliness.

I feel like booking appointments is too difficult. I am a single mom so I got this for myself. Unfortunately, I can't plan very far in advance and only get Friday nights to myself when my son stays with my family. Getting Friday appointments is too hard. BUT people say you can book online but when I try it looks like I am paying full price. I didn't want to add a credit card so every time I have to call to book and then Friday isnt available so I have to go on lunch or a time that doesn't fully allow me to relax after. Need a better way for members to book online and see availability.

Wish the wait for urgent appt wasn’t so long. Waiting room seemed a little bare. Some of the therapy doors had paint scratched off them.

Patty usually does my massages. She is the main reason I keep coming.

Massage therapist kept making conversation when I was trying to relax. He was friendly, but I just wanted some quiet, calm time without making small talk.

Turn over and inexperienced staff at front desk is frustrating. Patty my therapist is exceptional
