Am always greeted and treated as a valued client. Rachel realy takes care of my facial needs. I value her expertice and professionalism. She and the entire staff always take care to consistenly deliver a wow customer experience!

I was very happy with all of my experience at this Hand & Stone. I was given 2 free messages from an individual who has a membership. I can not afford the cost of a monthly membership and I do not get massages on a normal basis. Everything was perfect!

The professionalism and knowledge of Liz is exceptional. The ambience of the room, as well as the whole spa, is comforting. It’s nice to see there are so many options for skin care.

I had delayed making this much-needed appointment due to multiple health issues (none contagious). My sister/housemate and I were both able to get massages from female employees at the same time. I had planned to remain silent due to having a headache, but Emily was so easy to talk to and caring that she probably thinks that she should bill me for a talk therapy session. My sister's experience with McKenzie was also wonderful. We can't wait to go back.
