I was on my way to my appointment when they called to cancel. My husband was upset as this was my birthday present, and he called. They got an appointment for the next day, but he seemed upset with his phone experience. When I arrived the next day, the receptionist was cold and seemed almost annoyed at my presence. I also felt like the massage was a couple minutes shy of 50; however, the massage therapist himself was very professional and very good.

When making appointment I requested foot services, these were not given to therapist. On arrival I decided on CBD oil, assumed I was getting CBD this service and asked halfway through, I in fact was not getting CBD, Therapist left room to get it.

The music was absolutely horrible for a relaxing zen spa experience. I was there for two hours (massage/facial) and the same beach party songs played 4-5 times. If I was at a party or a beach bar it would have been great but not for Sunday morning spa time. I receive these services every month and the music has progressively become more worse for this environment over the past year.

Checkin was with a pleasant person being trained. His trainer was not personable at all, no smile. The other person behind the desk eas attending another client. On checkout there was one employee handling a checkout I had to wait ten minutes and wondered why there was not one other attendant to cash me out. Did not like my pleasant experience with Connor followed by an unpleasant checkout experience. That left a lasting impression. Also Spa relaxing music is warranted. The old 70’s elevator/department store music eas horrid. Thank goodness Connor asked me if the music was too loud, I expressed my concern, and he turned it down Howe, music was the missing ingredient.

My massage with "Christian" was not enjoyable at all. He never stopped talking! He even stopped massaging and talked. It was all about him.

The website leaves a lot to be desired. I can not find where I can check how many packages I have available. I’m addition I was recently sick and called to cancel my appointment the morning I woke up sick and I was charged for the service.

Too much time spent “selling” products to me. I felt lots of pressure and really just wanted to enjoy a quiet facial. Then products were waiting for me at front desk when checking out which created even more pressure. I do not blame the staff as I’m sure this is their directive from management.

My only comment is that the table was not heated and the music was a little loud.
