She was very nice but seemed disconnected. I have down time while the mask is setting and it’s so boring just lying there. If there was a massage during the down time it would be nice. That’s what I am accustomed to from there tech’s. I thought I was getting a regular facial but I got a relaxation facial that I had to use another pkg to pay for. I didn’t realize that. It was not made clear but since that’s what I got I didn’t question paying for it. Felt cheated. I should have been offered to just pay for it since it was only $20 not 50 like a package. The choices of tech’s since Covid are few. I will choose a different tech if I go back.

it's a basic spa experience nothing out of this world but good for maintenance.

The receptionist was not welcoming, the ambiance just was not welcoming. When checking out, I had problems with the receptionist about paying for my upgrade. I felt like I was dismissed and the other receptionist with her was no help. I know I had money in my account built up but neither one wanted to listen.

It is not clear to me how the membership package works. There were several months where my appointments were cancelled because the person was not available at the last minute and there were no appointments available to reschedule. So I had several months of payments built up in my account. Yesterday when I checked out, I was told that if I used $20 from my account to pay for the hot stones, that would use up a whole $60 package. It seems fair to me that the money that builds up in my account should be able to be used for anything, not just in $60 increments. I feel like I am always hearing about new rules for these packages that were not disclosed up front. It is especially frustrating given that it was Hand and Stone's cancellations that caused me to not be able to use my packages for several months.

I was not called for my appointment for 10 minutes past appt time. Massage length may not have been the full time.

Massage started almost 30 mins late and only lasted only 40 mins. Therapist kept stopping and running water in sink putting on gloves and opening cabinets. Not much time spent on actual massage. Used points for hot stone massage, they were just rubbed around on back. Whole body not massaged, kept skipping around to different parts of body.

I was not able to know if my therapist had a covid vaccine and she did not leave her mask on the entire visit like i requested

The experience was nice but the products they used for my facial irritated my skin afterwards.

I was satisfied. No problems. Just a little to much commercialized. Trying to get you yo sign up for future stuff. Just did not care for that. Aldo not big on telling me how much to tip. I did a nice amount on my own. Just don’t like a sign suggesting.

The room temperature where the therapist work was warm. I had to wait about 5 or more minutes after therapist finished to be checked out by front desk.
