The place was a little warm inside and just not much overall ambiance. No pleasant music or smells. Previous visit there was an unpleasant smell.

I hope the membership will less coz kind expensive

I didn't mean to mark Satisfied, I was Highly Satisfied with my facial. Macy, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with my first visit.

The receptionists kept calling me at least ten times and couldn’t differentiate between me and my mom with the same last name. They were extremely rude to her and tried to talk bad about them in front of me. They seemed spacey when trying to service me and like they didn’t care about anything and didn’t know anything. The masseuse was amazing but these girls at the front were awful. The blonde one with big eyelashes was being nasty and the red head seemed like she was completely out of it. I love the rest of the staff. These girls behaved unacceptably.

I was unable to book online. When I tried to call for an appointment I could not get through or leave a message. Afterwards I called to follow up and again was unable to get through

Massage was great and the therapist absolutely wonderful highly recommend her. Feedback though was on the middle of the spa music some other music came on that sounded like the country bear jamboree from Disney World. That’s the only way I know how to suscribe it which was not relaxing lol. Thank goodness for my good therapist that was keeping me distracted. Also when you check out it gives me anxiety every time that they ask and push for you to Avon up for membership. If I say NO I don’t need you to keep begging me 3 more times you’ve just undone my relaxing.
