The service was satisfying

My original therapist called off work. I was not notified until 930 for a 10 am appointment. This massage was a gift from my sister in law while I was visiting from out of town. The irony is that I received multiple texts and calls from Hand/Stone to confirm if I’d be there.

The person on the phone when I made my appointment was not really friendly, very dry. The check in was ok, my esthetician was great, I liked her a lot. The girl that checked me out was less than friendly, maybe the same one on the phone. I bought the membership, but not because of her, I did not care for her attitude at all.

My regular person is on leave. Did not leave in a relaxed state. Time was about 5 minutes short

This was my first visit, and I was under the impression that they would ask/review the upgrade options with me upon check in, but they didn't. I thought we'd talk about them once we got back into the room, but again we didn't. Next time I know to ask beforehand about adding the aromatherapy or I'll just select it online when making an appointment online.

No specific reason...it was a good experience.

The therapist worked too quickly so it was not a relaxing massage. I felt rushed

I needed to relax and I felt like I wasn’t able too. I was forced into conversation and it took away from the experience. I needed to peace and quiet to recharge and I wasn’t fully able.

I have not yet found a therapist that I would like to continue seeing. So far, each have had their strengths and weaknesses but none that were a great fit.
