Hand and Stone

This massage on January 20 was rescheduled from January 19. I went in on January 19 and they didn’t have me on the scheduled time. So they put in on January 20. Then I asked for hot stones during my massage and the massage tech didn’t know I wanted stones so they will give me stones my next visit.

The turn over rate for the front desk girls is way too high. They aren’t knowledgeable. They are antsy anxious. The spa feeling is too rush, fixing problems. Etc etc. at -least- 3 visits in a row we’ve had a problem. We are using up our packages and plan to cancel.

I have a difficult time determining how long a 50 minute massage should last.. Over the last 5 - 6 massages , the time the of the massage varied between 32 minute to 47 minutes. When I first joined, it was 45 to 55 minutes.

The esthetician did no massaging of arms or hands while mask was on face. She briefly massaged shoulders. I have had facials here before an the previous estheticians had done this. She just sat behind me not sure what she was doing.

No one told me ahead of time that a prenatal massage costs $10 more at $69.95 so $10 had to be pulled from 1 of my other packages, which means I’ll have a $20 at my next appointment. The pressure isn’t as hard, understandably, during a prenatal massage, therefore I have a hard time justifying it costing more. Also, believe a full 60 minutes should be allotted - not just 50 minutes.

I was told that there were no notes trading my circumstances in my account. Then ,mega found the notes. She is new and did not realize the location of the notes. I have more comments in general about this location. I would be happy to discuss time with a manager. It is highly unlikely that I will return to this location. The massages have been wonderful however processes have been horrible.

Just want my 50 minutes massage

I booked the appointment for 1:30 pm for a 50 min. My actual massage started at 1:45pm and ended at 2:25 Did not get the complete 50 min, though the massage was extremely great!

A highly satisfied rating requires above and beyond service. The service was great, but room for improvement. Overall, considering the cost of services, I am mostly pleased with the value I received. I much preferred the cost of membership prior to the recent increase.
