Had facial with neck rub but With other facials I have had they rubbed arms & hands also .... when asked about another service I was not aware it was an additional $90 charge .....

Felt like my massage did not last the expected duration of 1 hour. Music playing in room could’ve been more relaxing. Spent an inordinate amount of time on one area of pain.

I found the facial about what I have received in other places, However, the professionalism of the staff and facility deserved a highly satisfied.

The atmosphere seemed more clinical than relaxing. It cost extra to get a lotion with scent for my massage, no other place has ever charged me for this before. Not sure how this is relaxing when I dress/undress in a small room, there is no time to relax other than sitting in an open lobby. Not relaxing.

Patrons should be required to hand sanitize before using tablet. I wasnt given tablet until almost my appointment time and I was 20 minutes early.

The carpeting in the room needs to be kept up better and the baseboards were dirty could probably use some fresh paint. Would also like the option of leaving the tip in the room in an envelope

The cost was the only deterrent for me. I added the pore vacuum that was $90. To me that is way to much. I paid for the $59 facial For an hour then $90 vacuum. I should have gotten additional time for the vacuum not taken out of my $59 1 hour facial time.

It was basic service. Nothing above what I’m use to.

My aesthetician went over my skin and recommended two services that would use two of my packages so that I could use those without coming out of pocket. When I went to apply my tips, the receptionist told me I did have to come out of pocket that I couldn’t use my package for one of the services I received. Need better communication between the receptionist and the aesthetician if they are going to be offering services. The receptionist was rude about me questioning the amount due and provided no apology other than ‘well she didn’t know’...

I’m aware that up selling is part of how they make money however I go to relax and don’t want a lot of discussion during my service. If I’m interested in a product I want to initiate the discussion.
