I had a problem when I first came back after Covid. I had 3 months of packages and was getting a facial and asked if I wanted an add on. I agreed but was never told how much and realized after the fact that I used all 3 on one visit. I think they should be clear on the price. I could have dealt with one extra package used but not all. This visit I just had was fine.

The experience was almost a Highly Satisfied one until I was charged for a facial extra that I knew nothing about. I was already purchasing one extra that was $40 but to add another one that was $20 and not told to me in advance seems sneaky. The reception took $10 off but honestly it should have been the entire $20 since I wasn’t even aware of it. I didn’t make a fuss about it in the future I probably won’t buy any extras that way I know I won’t be overcharged.

Requested former pressure with slightly better results. The therapists keep a fan on in the room which makes it cold. Still cold even after two requests to address.

The receptionists were having trouble with the computers and checking out patients and they were speaking loudly about it. It took away from the relaxing environment. They were also a little pushy with the membership and products. My esthetician was very nice and did a good job but I did not get the full allotted time so I was kind disappointed.

The habit of confirming appts and then call needing to rescheduled. This is not occasional problem but continuous.

The system was down while I was checking out. Also, I was promised a coupon for a free service as I was still charged when the facility was closed for a couple months. I have not received anything yet.

Overall I was very happy with my massage therapist. She applied great pressure and made sure I was comfortable. My only feedback was after I told her my focus areas I don't feel like she spent enough time on them versus other areas of my body (ex: I asked her to focus on shoulders, back, hips, IT band and she spent time on arms, feet).

The only reason I was not Highly satisfied with my massage was because of the receptionist behind the counter asked me how much I wanted to leave as a tip then proceeded to say really.?? Why? Well I should not be questioned. as my reason is my discretion. Regardless if I decided to pay it forward and leave $100 tip or $1000 tip it is no ones right to ask me why. Everything else was fantastic. Besides the remark to the $100 tip I left. Really? Why? Then well that's a first. As a business owner I am aware you don't ask people those type of questions. You simply repeat what was said to verify the amount and that's it.

Massage was great, facial was ok. I told her moisturizer makes my skin break out and she spent a lot of time trying to sell me products even after I told her I wasn't interested in spending extra money ,then tried to sell me upgrades. Lol
