Massage was great, facial was ok. I told her moisturizer makes my skin break out and she spent a lot of time trying to sell me products even after I told her I wasn't interested in spending extra money ,then tried to sell me upgrades. Lol

It wasn’t major. Just a problem with the computer system. I was visiting from out of town and my membership didn’t transfer.

My massage therapist was very sweet and caring. I just feel she is new to this. She seems a little rushed in her movements/strokes massaging. She really was caring to take care of what I asked her to. I honestly feel she just needs experience. Very sweet girl and im sure she will get better as did good. I cant complain. Just an observation.

I used extra package to pay for a CBD add on. The receptionist checking me in suggested adding a peppermint scalp treatment to use the remaining amount of the package, but did not explain that any unused amount would be forfeited if not used. I just thought that the CBD would deduct from the package amount, and I would have a leftover credit to use next time. When checking out, a different receptionist explained that I would lose the unused $20, but offered to place a note for a credit as a one time courtesy due to the miscommunication. The original receptionist who did not initially explain the policy then scolded her, saying that she shouldn’t be doing that. The policy was not clearly explained up front, and it was unprofessional and uncomfortable for her to scold her as I was checking out.

I prefer Nikki as my massage therapist and she is not back to work yet. The therapist I had was not as good experience I have had with Nikki in past
