The only comment I made about anything not satisfactory was the oil used is just okay. I realize I can purchase better oils but there is an upcharge for the so I don't normally get it. Otherwise service was fine but waiting for some of the other therapists who have been out since coronavirus closure to return.

staff turnover seems very high. different massage therapist & front desk staff almost every appointment. more like a hair salon than a members 'spa'.

I purchased gift cards before, one as a gift for my husband. Anytime we have received them for gifts, they cover a service. Once we were all done, the receptionist announced that he was being charged $100 for his massage and we would have to pay the difference. If he had scheduled his own massage some other time/location this would not have happened. We were coerced into a membership so we would "save money". We were just trying to relax on our anniversary.

The availability that I can schedule my appointment for is very limited. Not to mention that the oil product is not really easy to absorb...however, it's much better this time (than before). The previous oil that was used on me felt like some sort of mineral oil or very think type of oil. It was greasy and sticky.

The appointment started 10 minutes late. The door to the room opened in the noddle of the serviced and there was A LOT of banging and noise from the room next door. I was offered a free upgrade on my next visit for the inconvenience

The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Kasia provided one of the best massages I have ever had. Pressure was perfect and she spent equal time on all areas of my massage.

The masseuse was awesome but I didn’t not like the cost for my first time massage. Yes, I had never been to this location before so I did get lost but the masseuse was very nice in helping me relax. Best massage ever and I wish I would’ve gotten the 90 mins massage instead of the hour massage.

Originally my appointment had been booked for the wrong day and time. The problem was solved (I made a new appointment for the following week and was given a free upgrade). My experience on 11/17/19 was good but I wish we had (1) started the massage on time, and (2) that the music was a little quieter. I have no complaints about my massage therapist Amanda - she paid attention to my requests, made a helpful suggestion, and she didn’t chat throughout the massage (which I appreciate- I don’t like mindless chitchat during a massage). Amanda was well-skilled and I felt better when I left.
