On a whole I was satisfied but wanted to take advantage of the bogo but was told had to be a member and pay at least one month before using the free coupon so I declined membership. The gall at the desk was very friendly but obviously new so she wasn’t able to explain it correctly. Not her fault so I decided to take time to think about it

I was. It's just the room was cold and the therapist hands were like ice to begin with. I did express that it was chilly in there. She said the table was heated. But when they take the blankets off for section of body they are massaging you feel the cool air. Besides that I was pleased.

I did not get the full body massage like I expected. He forgot my legs. And a couple's massage costs double the price?! That makes no sense, it is saving you the clean up of a room everything else the same.

Massage was less than 45 minutes and did not address problem area discussed.

My therapist was really great. But the past six sessions with Various massage therapist when I actually count table time it ends up being 40 minutes. I feel like I am being shorted for what I pay for

I am always satisfied with the services that my therapist gives.

The experience is Cookie cutter

I feel like I am always being sold something. I also feel like the products are very overpriced. I am always getting upgrades and its so pricey.

Had to wait almost 8 minutes past our appt time to go to the room which means there still has to be time to get everything ready so don’t feel like we got a full 50 minutes. Everything else was GREAT!

I was satisfied with the service from the time I entered until the time I left. They even helped me when I arrived very early for my appointment which allowed me to go to a manicure and pedicure appointment after my massage.
