There are always room for improvement in any organization. I understand the reason for pushing products but prefer the time I pay for it to be utilized better.

Patty the massage therapist is great!!! Scheduler not great. We will set appointment but then last minute call from your scheduler to change the appt time.

well my appoint was supposed to start at 6 and it was close enough to getting into the room and set up looked at clock and it was about 12 minutes after before therapist returned and massage was over at 10 till which was about 40 minutes and i thought the standard masage was 50 minutes, just felt a little short changed, the therapist did a really good job but not 50 minutes that may be the norm but advertised at 50 minutes

Nina was friendly and knowledgeable about skincare. She addressed my skincare needs and gave me suggestions for ways to improve my skin. I appreciated the feedback she gave me and plan on seeing her again!

The point of sale systems in this location are slow and frequently crash. I was unable to actually pay after the service because of a computer problem. The lady attempting to pay ahead of me took over 15 minutes. Those 15 minutes were wasted for me as I waited to find out that I couldn't make a payment either. Your IT as installed in this office, is inadequate.

I came at a super busy time. This was my third facial at H & S and was much more basic than the other two were. Perhaps your services are different now ... it has been over a year since my last facial. Aesthetician was very nice but a little overkill with pushing products and services. Dexter was excellent as always.

The massage therapist I normally scheduled with is no longer there. The therapist did not meet my expectations during my last visit.

Highly satisfied with making appointment, checking in, reception area, the massage, and massage therapist. The only problem I had was with checking out. The receptionist was very pushy with trying to sell the massage plan. She informed me that I paid nothing (because I used a gift card) that day, so I should sign up for the package. Not to mention the entire waiting room was looking on while she tried to “convince” me I should buy a package.
