The massage therapist I normally scheduled with is no longer there. The therapist did not meet my expectations during my last visit.

The price seems high especially for the hot stones and the aromatherapy.

Highly satisfied with making appointment, checking in, reception area, the massage, and massage therapist. The only problem I had was with checking out. The receptionist was very pushy with trying to sell the massage plan. She informed me that I paid nothing (because I used a gift card) that day, so I should sign up for the package. Not to mention the entire waiting room was looking on while she tried to “convince” me I should buy a package.

The noise in the reception area. ( Loud talking and laughing ). I would like this kept between this survey.

I was satisfied. I just believe there is always room for improvement in anything that is done.

I don’t like trying to be sold add ons. I came for the massage and just the massage. It’s a big turn off

I love my Sunday morning massage . I look forward to my monthly massage. Not only i enjoy talking with all the receptionists but i LOVE the knowledge my massage therapist has , who clearly listens when i express my needs.. I always feel much better when i leave..

My massage therapist is amazing but there aren’t a lot of options for weekend appointments when you don’t have a set schedule and can’t make the appointments far in advance. And there is no way to change an existing appointment online. The receptionists seem clueless about everything.

There wasn't Anything outstanding To give a higher rating it was an average visit

As a customer i feel as if i shouldn’t be charged extra for lavender oil. If i’m paying $59.95 for a massage the oil of my choice should be included.
