I wish they asked me what kind of massage I wanted. It seems they assumed that I just wanted a basic massage. I wanted a sports or deep tissue massage, and the therapist (who was fantastic) didn't know how to do one. I didn't want to reschedule, so I went with it

the reception should explain the add on instead of just placing it on the clipboard. ive had better massages elsewhere .i was just glad i had the new introductory rate. you have one chance to impress your client you should always be at your best . selling the product seems like there main goal.

Highly Satisfied to me would be extremely above and beyond, a Big WOW! I believe what I got was was very good, and I was pleased!

Ran late for appointment. Needs to use better massage oil. Aromas for room should be standard.
