My massage therapies was creepy . I could hear him breathing and it was so weirld , I was stress by the time it was finished

I sometimes feel pressured into upgrading. I had a long wait to check out. My favorite massage therapist is no longer at hand and stone.

I was very satisfied with my therapists and appointment (I had a facial and massage). My husband was not. During his massage he could hear his therapist breathing heavy like she was out of breath. Her technique was just using her elbows and forearms, and was not relaxing for my husband at all. He was very disappointed with his massage and this was the first he was actually happy when the massage ended. He did not say anything at the time because he did not want to hurt the therapists feelings. My massage with Duncan was fantastic. I was comfortable and he seemed very knowledgeable. I left feeling relaxed.

Good pressure on front of body but could’ve been better on back shoulders and neck.

Compared to other day spas I’ve been to, Hand and Spa (based off of this location) wasn’t as welcoming upon. The reception was polite but not warm. My esthetician was knowledgeable and I appreciated her recommendations, but then I felt too much time was spent discussing what could be added to the service. Overall it was a good experience but not a great one.

I have no serious complaints. I rarely have a facial because I don't feel it is a great use of my time and money. Occasionally I feel one is beneficial.

The change in the reward points usuage rules is confusion and not very well received by me. I was not informed of this change. It's always a surprise to find out the balance for the service after the service. The number of surprise charges above the session fee is ridiculous! The location can do better by posting the additional charges and inform the client well in advance of the charges prior to the service. It's an ethical and credibility matter for the business.

I have made several appointments with the same person and he has been late or canceled several times. I drive 40mins for my message and don't like to have to turn around and go home with out one. The therapist i had was great, however it was not the one i scheduled with.
