The ladies in the reception area currently are not quite as informative as the ones who have been there before. While the membership cost is reasonable, the price for any and all seems a bit extreme. I wish there there was a location on the north side as it takes me 30 minutes to get to the closest location now.

Highly is a big excellent rating.... a wow moment I was satisfied

The staff was up beat and friendly. The environment was warm and welcoming. The product benefits sound amazing.

The massage itself was wonderful, and receptionists were very sweet and informative! I added the salt stones to my treatment. I really enjoyed talking with them! The only tough part was that I wasn't taken in for my appointment until 8:05pm or so. Then after changing, it started around 8:10pm or 8:15pm. I was done and getting dressed by 8:50pm. The pressure was great, and she was very attentive to me, however it did feel a little rushed, and didn't start on time.

Massage therapist was okay compared to others and the facial products were too expensive compared to other similar products.

I come to see Gesselle. She is amazing at tailoring my experience to help me. I always feel amazing when I leave.

This Hand & Stone location is close to home. Staff members are always accommodating. But I have a complaint about the increased price of the deep tissue massage which now costs an additional $10. When I signed up last year I was told prices would never go up based on my contract price at signing, of $49.99. I've been trying to contact Rosemary, who I was told is the district manager, and I've left numerous voicemails and no one has responded to my complaint/question regarding this price change. Please reach out to me and explain.

When I pointed out pain she continued to press on that spot. I waited a while after my appointment time but was finished on the hour instead of 10 after. My left arm got no attention.

My appt. was @ 9:30 am- I arrive 9:10 & about 2-3 customers are waiting outside of the spa. There was no one there to open up the spa! We waited outside in the heat for about 25 min- one of the massage therapist was there & he apologized. Finally another manager comes rushing in & opens the door. I quickly complete the questionnaire & meet the massage therapist- who was excellent & professional. The aesthetician was awesome too. The waiting outside for 25 min because someone was running late was not a good impression- especially for s/one who has never been there before. I wouldn’t go back to that location again.

I was supposed to have an hour massage and a hot towel foot massage...the whole service only lasted for 45-50 minutes …..thought it would be 60-80 minutes
