Very pleased with the employees and their customer service. They made me feel comfortable. I was not sore the next day, which was the perfect massage.

the linens used on the bed during my facial did not smell fresh, they smelled sweaty and over-used. the hallway also smelled stale and unclean .

My massage therapist was extremely sweet and very professional but he moved my leg and back in a way that I told him I was experiencing more pain in the area... I felt in the beginning, which was lower left back. The pain continue to get worse throughout the day & I couldn't sleep that night and had to go to the chiropractor the next day.

Did not have a massage available. Scheduled a facial because I had a migraine was told they would massage neck and shoulders. That did not happen

My therapist is great. Session did not begin promptly at 10:30. I am a very time conscious person. Otherwise the session was definitely worth it. Staff should be there early enough to be ready promptly for the client

I need a massage therapist who can give extremely firm pressure and really get deep in the muscles. I was not asked if the pressure was acceptable.

Did not see a chance in my skin after treatment, when spending $100 on a facial I want to see some type of results.

Appointment times fit my schedule

Neither of my usual providers were available and they gave me a new provider who was not able to provide the type of massage I wanted (deep tissue). She's probably good at a different type of massage (such as Swedish or relaxation).

How does a 50 minute massage start at 35 past the hour and end at 17 after the hour?
