Nothing special, no personalized value, lackluster facial.

Add ons too expensive. Difficult to book convenient appointment.

I was satisfied. I very much enjoyed my visit.

Massage therapist didn't seem experienced. Would do certain things to one side of my body, but not the other. I asked for pressure in a certain area of my shoulders and afterwards he mentioned he was "scared to go too deep" and recommended I come back for a deep tissue. That issue is really the main reason I come in and it was not addressed. Love hand and stone but did not love that therapist.

Too expensive

I scheduled appointments for three people on the same day at the same time ( family outing). Then they made errors on schedule and changed one to 2pm. Then two days later , the manager called and said they had failed to schedule breaks for the therapist and that we would need to change one to a facial or another time. SO we adjusted out times and she said they "would take care of us" and yet we received no upgraded services or complimentary services. One error and schedule change was bad enough, but two is unacceptable.

Massage Therapist listened to what I wanted.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. I will go back again. I have no complaints.

I wish there were more amenities i.e. locker room to shower, change before and or after services. Would love a steam room or hot tub!

I did not receive the deep pressure I had expected, after the service I ask what kind of treatment did I get, she said deep and commented she thought I was in pain so did not push hard. To me it felt more like a oil rub. sorry Chuck
