I was hoping to feel a little more relief in my sloulders. Was not thrilled with masseuse's technique. I was not aware that massage was 50 mins when I was expecting 60.

I schedule my appointment several days prior to my scheduled appointment...Also appointment was confirm one day prior, nevertheless on the day of the appointment I arrived 15 mins. early when I was told that my appointment time had to be changed due to the fact that the person who was suppose to do facial called in sick. I was disappointed because my day was already planned which made it where I had to reschedule my prior appointments that I had set for that day.

I received several gift certificates for Xmas for massages...at checkout the receptionist offered the membership program and she said the $40 enrollment fee was something she could definitely waive..and I said I wanted to use my gift cards first then would probably join...then she said that if I waited that they could not waive the $40 enrollment fee. I think that is poor...I think the enrollment fee should be waived if I join after I use my remaining gift cards...I have three more to use.

When I called to schedule a couples massage the receptionist asked for "his name that will be joining me?" This was the 2nd time I called and I had explain "her name is..."

My credit card had expired unbeknownst to me , at the end of October, as I had been early for the November and December cycle, and paid with my debit card. I ONLY use a credit card as a revolving payment with Hand and Stone. I never ( ever), use a credit card for anything else, so was unaware it expired. The receptionist LOUDLY stated with others around, that " my c.c. was suspended"! So, I stated, please use my debit, I did not notice the different number to the account when my new card was sent, so she debited me for the cost, then added the new c.c.number to my profile. After that debit, she then told me" oh no, now you will be charged when it cycles as new, so you will get charged TWICE for today' s( one) service! " So, she re- credited my debit and allowed the charge to go through too! This whole experience has been a fiasco! I now have to wait 5 days to get my debit card money back, AND I am still being charged! They NEED to get their act together!

I enjoyed my massage very much. Patty was very informant and I learned a lot from her. I have had better facials at other places although she was very knowledgeable about what she does.

While I appreciate some chatting, I could've also done a little less. It's likely partially my fault because I did continue to respond.
