When I first entered my massage I was uncomfortable from the start. The masseuse asked how my day was and I replied "going good and yours?" His response was, "well we're here aren't we," and he proceeded to tell me how bad his day was and how he would try to give me his last little bit of energy. I told him where I was hurting the most and it seemed to be where he spent the least time. I told him I had bruised ribs to avoid and he said, "I will try to adjust my techniques, but I usually rub over the rib cage." Didn't allow me to relax much hearing about his bad day, then being worried he was going to injure my ribs by not really caring. I'll be back, but I won't see him again.

Sometimes I am not able to see the therapist that I like - this was one of those appointments.

I was very satisfied with my massage, however, I did not like the fact that there was so much sales pressure by my esthetician. I did not ask for products, nor did I ask for her to set anything aside, but she did. Also, up front, they tried to sell the membership to me numerous times, after I said I would think about it. This really made me not want to return to the place again.

Some of the therapists talk to much about their personal issues and that taints the energy of the massage. Other than that, it's been a great experience.

Slight ambiance changes (possibly personal preference), but overall clean facility, great staff, and comfortable. I began a membership at the end of my first visit so I am satisfied.

I'm only new to the site so I'm still learning it.

The massages are competitivel priced, but are much shorter than others. So the price is not actually better. The LMT works through heavy blankets and sheets for much of the massage, which I find way less effective and traditional hands on methods. It is odd, to be frank.

I had a great experience here. I like that my girl told me what she was doing as she was doing it since it was my first time. But my appointment was at 11, I was called back at 1105, my facial started at 1110, and it ended at 1150, so that was disappointing.

I really enjoyed this location. The staff was very friendly and caring. Brandon was my massage therapist and I can tell he very passionate about his career. It is a very good thing, but too much passion can be a little overwhelming. The massage was good but he talked the entire hour at a very fast paste. Maybe some people like to converse during their massage but not everyone is the same. I prefer the quiet so I can relax. Other than that, he did a good job. He was about to losing a knot in my shoulder.

I paid $15 for the hot towel foot massage, which is listed as a 20 minute service. But it was incorporated into the 50 minute massage. Although I did not complain at the time, I feel it should be brought to someone's attention.
