David was attentive to my areas of need. He took time to work on the problem areas and do a full body massage. VERY RELAXING! David is a champ!

I frequently have Precious as my masseuse and she is excellent. The room is always welcoming, low-lit, bed warmed, and the music just right. When I come in I want to unwind and Hand and Stone does just that.

My massage therapist was professional and courteous during my massage. I prefer a quiet massage with little conversation and he respected that experience. While I didn't take advantage of it I liked that the front desk gave me a call to tell me there was a facial right after my massage if I wanted to book.

I am highly satisfied with my H & S experience mainly because of my massage therapist, Patty!! She is excellent, knows my issues and manages them well. Patty is the best therapist I have ever had!!

Staff is always great and they answer any questions you have. The therapists I used all seemed to be very well trained.

I mistakenly came in for my massage a day early but they were able to book me later that day and also offered other services. the receptionists were helpful and Cody, my massage therapist, was great.

Highly Satisfied in that they are friendly and courteous towards their customers. They ask questions and try to be of best service. What I do believe needs to be changed is giving the client the full time as promised and trying to bring the cost down. The prices have gone up significantly from before and the value has not whatsoever. I think the membership pricing of $49.99 was a good price to value, however, at $69.99 it seems questionable to be a member.
