Highly Satisfied in that they are friendly and courteous towards their customers. They ask questions and try to be of best service. What I do believe needs to be changed is giving the client the full time as promised and trying to bring the cost down. The prices have gone up significantly from before and the value has not whatsoever. I think the membership pricing of $49.99 was a good price to value, however, at $69.99 it seems questionable to be a member.

My massage therapist, Precious, was wonderful. I recently started school and have been carrying stress in my upper shoulders. She worked the tightness out of my shoulders and the rest of the massage was very relaxing. She was able to tell exactly how I sit at my desk based on what muscles were tight and she gave me recommendations on how to stretch them out between appointments.

Nicki is incredible at her job. Very knowledgeable and her facials are amazing. Look after her because she truly is an asset to your store!

The massage was overall the best hot stone massage i have recieved in Jacksonville! Actually, better than any i have ever recieved. My massage therapist was great and i can not wait to visit again! After my appointment I immediately signed up for a membership!

I only came in because I had a gift card. I wasn't very knowledgeable on my skin care. My esthetician made sure to ask me all kinds of questions to best assist me as well as being very friendly and giving me very useful advise. She made me feel more confident moving forward on taking care of my skin.
