The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The aesthetician, Masey, was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the products she was using, and made me feel very relaxed during the entire facial. I was not happy with my previous experience with the aesthetician. Based on my very positive experience with Masey, my overall opinion of Hand and Stone has changed and I made another appointment with her for next month.

The Hand and Stone staff are informed and efficient. Emily is an excellent therapist. She is knowledgeable and efficient. She listens to me explain my current situation. Emily response to my requests. I leave feeling fine.
