Hand and Stone

I had my first experience for a facial at Hand and Stone. It was the BEST experience I have ever had. The receptionist was VERY friendly and attentive, she had a lot of knowledge and wanted to make sure my time there was well spent. My technician was absolutely AMAZING! I love how she was very attentive to ALL my needs and she never made anything weird by having any silence in the room. I highly recommended a lot of people to this location already!

My Massage Therapist is always great. I love the fact if I need to put a hold on my membership for a month or two I can do so. Everyone there is always so nice.

This was my very first massage experience, and to say the least...I was extremely happy/highly satisfied! I am 29 years old; however, I have a lot of tension built up in my shoulders and upper back. Destiny was my massage therapist; she was professional, kind, and asked me a few questions at the beginning of my session regarding preferred pressure, any areas to focus on or avoid, and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. She did a phenomenal job with maintaining firm pressure throughout my hour long massage, and I could tell she knew the exact pressure points and areas to focus on to relieve the knots that had developed over time. I've heard a lot of people complain about therapists that talk too much during a massage, and this was not the case with Destiny. She asked only a few questions about pressure once or twice throughout, and facilitated a relaxing and calm environment for me! The lighting and music was dim and soft, and when it was time to flip onto my back, Destiny dimmed the lights even more for me, which made the experience so relaxing! I will definitely return to this location and will be requesting my appointment to be with Destiny again!
