I really enjoy how clean and welcoming the office is. There staff are very friendly and always asking me how everything was.

Niqui was my therapist and she gave me the best massage I have ever had. I have never even had a good massage, and as a flight attendant, I’ve had massages in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Boston, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh. My previous experiences were so negative that my appointment with Niqui was my first massage in 4 years, right down to the week! I immediately signed up for the membership and proceeded to come home and try to convince my husband that he needs to sign up as well! I’m going to keep working on him :) Thank you Niqui!

I was able to upgrade my massage to CBD with the BOGO promotion and enjoyed it. Front desk pretty efficient although girl who checked me out seemed to be new and a little lost. I like Hand and Stone very much and plan to return.

Booking the appointment I didn’t have a problem. The receptionist was awesome and acknowledgeable. I received a facial and Nina was great and also very acknowledgeable. Overall experience was relaxing.

The receptionist girls were fun and great. When I walk into the one in The St. John's Town Center they are quiet and just ignore you but this one was super friendly and ill be back to this one next time. I appreciate them not pushing products or services on me that much, I said no and they respected that. My wife is a member so we go often!
