I was satisfied with the explanations of the front desk as to how to use points I have accumulated during your shutdown. The therapist was professional and did a fine job. I will be using Emily again.

I have been going to Christian for awhile now and he is always receptive to my input. Appointments are always on time. Massage room is always clean.

I love coming into hand and stone because everyone is so friendly. I also love my massage therapist. I have tried different people but Jaliece is the best!

Love the facials and massages. I have the same people all the time - Liz and Christian. They know my needs. The only negative is the website. It doesn’t seem to be update with current appointments or a list of types of facials, upgrades and products used.

Emily was great during my massage and very knowledgable. I mentioned specific areas that were of concern for me and she was able to link that to another problem area i didn't even know existed. Great amount of pressure and very relaxing.

Macy is an amazing esthetician with incredible knowledge of her work and how to help her customers maintain their skin. I have never worried about the cleanliness of hand and stone and somehow they have made it even cleaner. Communication is amazing and I recommend this place and Macy to everyone I can.
