Brittnay is very knowledgeable, adjusts the massage based on current pains/aches, is friendly, and is the key reason for me coming to Hand & Stone. If she leaves, then I will probably look for another spa.

The overall experience was enjoyable. The massage itself with the added feature, Himalayan stone, was exactly what I needed. The upgrade was comped but would have purchased the upgrade/ will purchase again.

I wish I could remember our therapists' names. For the first time in along time, both my husband and myself were happy after a couple's massage!

My experience October 9, 2019 was great! My preferred LMT opening that catered to my schedule. The staff was very friendly, and the entire place was clean. I love the fact that clean wash clothes are available in mass in the bathroom. My only “ding” for the business is the face rests are often “wonky.” The LMT, Brittany, is extremely professional and pleasant, and makes me feel very comfortable. I prefer quiet massages, and take a talkative therapist as an uncomfortable therapist, Brittany is receptive to conversation if I initiate, but is very quiet if I do not initiate conversation. She gives the vibe that she is very comfortable in her element. Brittany is #1! Kasha is a VERY close #2. Both very professional, and very attune to their abilities in therapy. My only complaint is this visit FAR exceeded my expected cost. A 120 minute massage with salt stones and CBD oil was more than the cost of a “Peak” Disney day pass.

Patty had good knowledge of what was needed to relieve my muscle tightness and pain. She spent time making sure my massage was right, good and relaxing! Loved it.

The girls at the reception desk were so pleasant and made my wait comfortable. The massage therapist was one of the best I've had ever! She gave me some very help tips and suggested a few options for my next visit. If I do not relocate I will be back soon.

Christian made me feel very comfortable while giving me my massage. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely made me feel as though I was family, not just a random client.
