Marissa, associate who gave me the facial, was excellent, very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Would recommend her to everyone I know.

All staff displayed a professional demeanor. The massage therapist was professional, very knowledgable, and listened to me when I spoke of problem areas and addressed them accordingly.

The esthetitician was phenomenal! Marissa is so knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel bad or discouraged about my skin which has happened before. She showed me ways to improve in the areas I needed to but was super positive and gave me the greatest experience. She is a real gem. Don’t let her go! I’ve had many esthetician’s and she is so incredible. I will request her every time. My skin feels so incredible.

Alex was WONDERFUL. This was my first massage; so professional, knew his stuff & put me at ease. The room was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Awesome reception staff.

Geselle is amazing! She customized the massage to my needs. This is the second time she’s massaged me and the difference in my sleeping/posture is terrific!

My therapist is very attentive. I always leave very relaxed. I book a month ahead of time and always get the day and time I want.

This spa is not close to my home and I was using a gift card. I wanted to explain why I was unlikely to visit again. I had a wonderful experience. Austin was terrific.

Biggest "issue" is the movement of my therapist's schedule around -- in that she is not always available when I can make it -- sometimes I have to go late in the afternoon which is not convenient. I LIKE my massage therapist, so don't get me wrong. It also appears that my location does not have a Bio booklet of the therapists available, so it my #1 choice is not available I could make an informed decision on whom I would like to try. Not a big deal, just comments. I will keep going to this location because it's clean, friendly, accommodating, and I enjoy the "down time" for myself!!! Keep up the good work.
