The actual massage rooms aren't very luxurious, they're more bare-bones. I would have liked to be offered a hot or cold beverage upon arrival. These are my only complaints, and they're very minor. My RMT Tommy was excellent and the service was terrific.

The day I went it was very cold and the room was cold and the bed was cold too.

'Satisfied' is pretty good. I picked 'Highly Satisfied' for some things. I do have an issue with the massages being touted as 50 minutes, when the total time the therapist spends 'with' you (including time for patient to get changed on both ends) is 50 minutes. Also, parking is difficult in this area.

By the time they took us into the room, left us to get changed and came back, our massage plus add on was only about 52 min long. Should have been 60 full minutes.

I was very satisfied with my hand and stone experience. Recommendation would be to have an online booking tool similar to what is found at on other spa sites (ex. Bota Bota in Montreal, Waxon across Canada)- very good booking tools.

Lady who did my recent massage started off with too much pressure and no oil, which hurt. After 5mins she asked if the pressure is ok and I told her to go lighter. She was friendly, but my regular massage sessions leave me with no discomfort and fully relaxed. I usually see Tommy. This time I wasn't too satisfied.

No choose between oil or moisturizer.

Perhaps due to thin walls, I was able to hear quite a bit of chatter during my massage. Some was other clients coming/going (loud enough to hear conversation) but I believe that most was because the room I was in was beside the office (not loud enough to hear entirety of conversation but muffled voice) and this was a bit distracting.

When I left the spa I still had burning and tingling in my face a necklate area. My acne still has not gotten better four days later. All I was recommended was to use water based products because I have dehydrated skin. I would have liked to have products recommended to me. Other than that it was great overall experience.
