I didn't love the hard sell on a membership right after getting out if my massage. The volume of information was probably more suited to a follow-up email or standard material explaining the benefits of the membership. There was also machine noise in the massage room that was distracting although I don't believe it could be controlled from the room.

When I called ahead to say I may be 10-15 late, reception staff was a bit short in her response about needing to reschedule. I was able to arrive 5 mins to my appointment, but I didn't actually get called in until 10mins after my scheduled appointment. The actual massage session also felt rushed at times.

There was an ackward and uncomfortable transition between appointments. I was left waiting in a robe in the hall for a long time to find out that the facial would be delayed. Delay is fine, please do not leave me half naked in a cold hallway for an extended period of time. I was surprised I was not offered water / tea, something while I waited. First world problems, yes. It felt like there was some courtesy lacking.

Everything was really pretty great. But the therapy room was waaay too hot. This is similar to a restaurant where the food is delicious but the service was not the greatest. Ultimately, this has a somewhat negative effect on the overall experience. No worries. Looking forward to returning! Thanks

Very professional RMT and good service overall. There was some confusion initially with a promo that was offered but it was quickly sorted by the staff. I will return - thank you.

The experience was fine. I think the oddest thing was scheduling where I said, "I'd like an appointment today after 7" and the receptionist was like, "I've got 8pm available" and I was like okay great and we hung up and then I realized she hadn't clarified WHAT service I wanted or how long the appointment would be. What if I'd actually been calling for a facial? My massage therapist was good, the area of concern feels better today. I did notice that she wasn't totally symmetrical in her attentions, which may be deliberate because the pain was on my right side but at some extremities I found it a bit surprising.

For the amount paid I get a full hour some where else. your always booked, and can't get time I'd like. The cost is bit high, and keep your $5. U charge $79, and you give $5 for doing a survey. You need more people to massage people, and cheaper cost.

I booked a couples massage. My therapist was great, but my boyfriend left feeling Unsatisfied. He was not asked about pressure and he felt he was barely massaged (aka way too little pressure and no release of tension)
