Receptionist didn't really explain how membership worked when I asked. Don't know if my massage therapist really understood English. Tried to ask a question a few times ant sure it was understood. However the massage was good.

In general I find the massage therapists I have seen there do not work deep enough and on specific enough muscle groups to relieve my muscle tension/pain. Ok for general relaxation but more like someone rubbing on lotion than a true deep tissue massage.

Just because I feel I was shorted for time. Tommy was a great masseur but his last appointment ran a little late so by the time I got in and changed and we started it was quarter after 1, but the massage still ended at 2. So a good 45 minute massage don't get me wrong, but I did pay for an hour.

Therapist massaged my feet first and then proceeded to run her hands over my face and got whatever was on her fingers in my eye. Gross and unsanitary.

Booking was a bit confusing - looking on the website there are a range of massages offered but the receptionist just asked "hot stone or deep tissue" and didn't ask any further questions or provide any clarity on what to expect. The therapist was nice and did a good job but didn't introduce herself although she did talk a lot.

This was my first visit. I was satisfied with the services. Possibly after more services I will be able to have another option.

I have a regular esthetician and so my intention was just a convenient facial before a holiday.

I feel that most massage places should have an option for students that are slightly cheaper, especially since we are breaking our backs being hunched over studying for numerous hours of the day and we can't afford steep prices. With that being said, the prices are fair for what it is and my therapist did a great job.

Strive for a little quieter/spa-like reception area. Look at options to book an appointment online (vs an email request)
