i went in for a massage and thought i was receiving more time since i was receiving a free upgrade that was an email offer. i got into the room at 3:05 and left the room at 4:07. so there really was no different in the price of a 50minute versus 60minute. i also disliked not having a scented product and to pay $15 for an upgrade seemed unfair/unreasonable.

Masseuse's use of forearms for massaging was uncomfortable due to his hairy arms. Great otherwise.

I did not like some of the music. Electronic sounds do not relax me. Can patrons choose the ambient music (e.g. nature sounds, ocean tides, rainfall, piano)?

My massage was good, but next time I may request a deeper ( more pressure) regarding the massage I receive.

It was more of a relaxing massage rather than one to help alleviate pain and discomfort.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone and enjoyed my massage and the receptionist was warm. After my massage, I asked the receptionist for prices of the 90 minute massage. This information did not seem to be easily accessible for her. Other than that, I was satisfied with my first time at Hand and Stone

The only complaint I had is that after my appointment I would have to call or e-mail the location to remind them to submit my benefits forms. This was frustrating because at the end of my appointment I was told they would be submitted. Other than that, a great experience and every massage therapist I've had has been amazing!

I find the massages are consistently satisfactory but don't blow me away. They are consistent enough that I keep coming back though.
