I really love the place and the range of services and the location is very convenient for me. I would have liked a little more explanation about the different steps that the esthetician was taking and why she was choosing to use certain products with my skin.

It was a little cold in the massage room. Also I hate styrofoam cups. I think they are just cheap landfill. It is not online with the experience to be offered a tiny styrofoam cup of water.

i asked for an upper body massage of my back, neck and shoulder and the massage therapist spent about 10 minutes stretching out my legs (stretching my gluts, IT band) which was 1. uncomfortable because of hip problems I have, 2. not massage related at all. 3. not what I asked for and cut into time on my back massage

I booked an 80 minute massage. This was important for health reasons and I arranged my schedule accordingly. I was then only provided a 50 minute massage. There was either a mistake by the receptionist at the time of booking, an lack of communication between the receptionist and my therapist, or an error by my therapist. It was very disappointing.
