Love Maya, love Tommy. The only area where I see room for improvement is in the washrooms. There were no hand towels in one and only one in the other.

The therapist was personable, knew what she was doing and let me know her approach. She did a good job.

I came in with a sore lower back after a workout injury, my therapist was very knowledgeable of what I needed. I felt way better right after my massage session with her.

From what I saw of this location, it was very clean. All three of staff I encountered were knowledgeable about the business and services. Even without the membership, the services are a good price point; with the membership, even better.

The plastic covering on the massage table is still strange to me

It is my first time going to a spa clinic, which I am glad that I did it in Hand and Stone. The location is perfect, because I live one block away. My message therapist is an angel. He always let me feel safe and did an assessment that would suitable to the message treatment that I am receiving. Always checked on the pressure of the massage and he is very knowledgably. Over-all experienced highly satisfied and definitely coming back to this location.

Extremely friendly reception. Excellent price point. Therapists that ‘listen’ to the needs of client.
