I loved my experience yesterday. Ronald was a fantastic RMT who was professional and friendly and provided an amazing experience. I will definitely return!

Excellent overall. Missed those usual warm fluids before and after the massage but I’m guessing it’s most likely due to the pandemic so it’s ok.

The experience was positive from the start, masseuse was very professional , u destroy completely what I was dealing with and gave me good preventive advice. Will definitely go back again.

Same day appointment, not too busy, friendly staff and excellent massage therapist. Overall a wonderful and relaxing experience which is just what I need as a front line health care worker!

The reception staff is a delight. Warm, friendly, professional & efficient. The facility runs like clockwork and is calm a d peaceful. My RMT is exceptional.

Best location in my opinion. Always the kindest humans at reception, over the phone (which is how I always book) and my favourite RMT, Tommy. I have actually recommended this location to many friends, who aren't actually in this area based on my experiences.

I had another relaxing massage with Mika! I needed to have more of a focus on a specific muscle group and Mika was able to pinpoint the area and help work it out. Thanks!

The knowledge and experience of the therapist (Tommy) was obvious as he manipulated my tense muscles. He applies the right pressure in order to loosen the areas affected.

It doesn't seem to matter who the Therapist is that gives me my massage, the quality of my treatment is always there. I have a favourite therapist that I like to book, and he is not always available, so that is the only time I did not indicate highly satisfied on the survey. Otherwise, this place is the cleanest, friendliest, most consistent spa I have visited. I can't wait for my next treatment! Totally recommend it :)
