Wow, I had a wonderful first experience here. I spoke with Maya, i think was her name, a few times before my first session and she provided excellent clear customer service. I ended up booked with Azra who was outstanding and really listened to my concerns and ensured my session was equally relaxing and therapeutic for my back injury. She provided a few take home remedies that I have already implemented and have already booked to see her again next week. When in the spa I felt very safe and covid procedures were heavily followed. Customer Service was also excellent in person, very friendly and caring.

Kian has always been amazing at his job. He takes the time to walk you through how you can improve your day to day. Very knowledgeable and a great asset. Front desk is always nice and welcoming.

Shamim is always so amazing with her facials! She really cares and has the kindest heart, I always take her advice and trust her very much! Hand and Stone was able to find me an appointment that fit my schedule very quickly. I was offered a first-timers discount which I appreciated, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The cleanliness and overall care during cover times was very satisfactory. I found the treatment very relaxing and he was very skilled. I will say the price with an added tip was a lot at over $160 for a 50 minute massage.

It was easy to book and appointment and I read online that most people felt safe. It was easy to check in. The mask isn’t so comfortable during the session but my RMT did his best to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. After 4 months, my back is back to being happy and I had the best night sleep in awhile.

the appointment was really easy to get and they fit me in right away. the massage therapist is great and I felt relaxed and my aches were eased when I left
