The covid monitoring was quick and informative. They informed hand hygiene and cleanliness. Informative about cleaning procedures before and after service. Massage therapist was on time, and excellent as usual.

Sometimes there is a scent used in the waiting area that I find can be bothersome to my sense of smell. Please be minimal with scents in public spaces.

Booking was easy and quick, I was surprised to get an appointment so quickly! Reception was great and explained products to me. I ended up signing up for the monthly program. The RMT asked me about any issues I had and dealt with those areas. He also provided some stretches to ease my pain at home! Would definitely recommend!
