From the moment I arrive, I feel welcome and that I am a valued customer. At reception Tatiana is always pleasant and friendly, and Maya always asks how I enjoyed the services. I have had wonderful experiences on each visit to the spa.

Bryan Lewis has been my long term RMT. I wanted to continue seeing him for treatment after he left another practice site.

My esthetician had knowledge that went above and beyond. She was respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, approachable, personable, calm, kind. And the job was perfectly executed!

I've been to Hand and Stone several times. Usually I see Adam for a massage, and he is excellent, but he was unavailable during the only time that I could make my appointment, so Xin was my masseuse. I was very happy that he was very good as well! And I've been to Shamim before for a facial; she is lovely, professional, and very informative, and suggested new products that would be more suited to my skin type, which I purchased.... Also, I believe your new receptionist, Moya, is fairly new, but she was very welcoming and I thought she did a great job!
