Shamim is excellent. I've been seeing her for bikini wax appointments regularly and she does the best work, minimal pain compared to anyone else I've seen in my life. She is always polite, pleasant and professional.

The front desk staff are always so wonderful and friendly. Staff are always happy to help! The massages are excellent and I always leave there more relaxed and in less pain than when i went in. Kian is my usual RMT and he is amazing and so very knowledgeable. He is truly passionate about his work. In his absence, i went to Kosta, who was also fantastic!
