My therapist Bryan was very knowledgable about the aches and pains I was experiencing. He was able to point out pains and problem areas that I did not even realize I had, but afterwards left me feeling so much more relaxed. I went in the . massage with a sprained ankle and no intention on having it treated, however Bryan was insistent that he take a look as he didn't like seeing me limp in pain. Walking out of the massage my ankle felt a lot more stable.
