Hand and Stone

I passed out during my facial so I am not sure how it went really, but I mean, I was relaxed obviously and emerged pourless and looking 5 years younger, so no complaints!

Therapist was excellent, listened to my concerns.

From beginning to end, my experience with Hand & Stone was phenomenal. The booking process was simple and quick. I left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon, and somebody got back to me first thing Monday morning. I appreciate their weekend availability, and the friendliness of all staff. All areas were clean and tidy, which is extremely important to me (as hygiene can be a deciding factor for whether I'm a return customer). My RMT was very attentive, and focused on the problems areas which I requested. I walked out feeling absolutely relaxed. Upon check out, the receptionist was super professional and explained in great detail the breakdown of my invoice, as well as other pertinent information for my next appointment. I highly recommend Hand & Stone, and will definitely be a repeat client.

The friendliness of staff, the knowledge they show , the ambiance of the spa. It's a place I have and will return . I like it.

Everything is great here except for the booking process. It is so annoying that you have to request an appointment and can’t just book online!
